Enquiry privacy notice

When you contact Toa Rangatira Projects, the information you provide is used to assess and respond to your enquiry, arrange work, prepare pricing and keep necessary business records.

Information collected

This may include your name, contact details, suburb, job description, property or access information, and any photographs you choose to send by text or email.

How information is handled

Website enquiries are sent through the Web3Forms form service and delivered to the business email account. Information is not sold or used for unrelated marketing. It may be shared with a licensed or specialist tradesperson only when needed to discuss a referral or job, and where appropriate this will be discussed with you first.

Job photographs

Photographs you send with an enquiry are used to understand and assess the proposed work. They will not be published as portfolio or promotional material without separate permission.

Access or correction

You may ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for enquiry information to be deleted where it is no longer required to be retained.
