Clear working boundaries
I undertake non-restricted repairs, maintenance and property work within my experience and capability. If a job involves restricted building work, specialist certification, consent requirements or work outside my scope, I will say so before it starts.
Restricted & regulated work
Restricted, structural and weathertightness work is carried out under the supervision of an appropriately Licensed Building Practitioner.
Electrical, plumbing, gasfitting and other regulated trades are referred to the relevant licensed professional.
Service area
Porirua is the home base, with work considered across Wellington City, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt and the Kāpiti Coast. Travel and job size are factored in when confirming availability.

Fixed pricing is used where the scope is clear. Hourly or day rates may suit variable work. The approach is agreed first.
The agreed work is completed, the work area is cleaned up and the invoice clearly describes what was done.
